Board Of Directors:
Rob Fraser - President----Rob Fraser was born and raised in the Columbia River Gorge area of Oregon and Washington State. Since 1985 Rob has called Idaho his home. Having hunted, fished, and recreated in Idaho for the past 20 years, Rob has a keen appreciation for the diversity and abundance of wildlife, and diversity of recreational opportunities, found in Idaho. Rob received a degree in History from the University of Idaho and now lives in Boise. These days Rob is busy working as a Project Manger for a commercial construction company and, with his wife Sheila, raising his three young boys. Between taking kids to ball games, coaching, and working; Rob is going on adventures with his boys to experience some of the last best places in Idaho.
Tony Zaragoza - Vice President--- Tony grew up in Boise, moving here at the age of 11. Upon graduating from San Diego State University with a B.S in Kinesology, Tony moved back to Boise where he has been a high school teacher, coach, and is currently a businessman, owning, Zaragoza Capital llc, KRZ productions llc, and is Director of Player Development for the Idaho Racers Softball Club. Tony believes it is important for individuals to enjoy and experience the outdoors and wildlife, whether it is simply walking the Boise Foothills or camping along Redfish Lake. Tony has served on the IWF Board of Directors for three years.
Rick Ward - Secretary----Rick is a wildlife biologist by profession, now focusing on habitat-related issues in southwest Idaho. The thing I enjoy most is spending time outdoors with my family. I hope to bring a strong biological background to IWF and provide a solid science-based position from which to support Idaho's fish and wildlife resources.
Chris Hunt - Director---- Chris Hunt of Idaho Falls is the national communications director for Trout Unlimited, where he's worked since 2005. Chris is an avid fly fisher and a freelance writer. He is the author of two fly fishing books, and writes regularly for newspapers, magazines and online fly fishing magazines. He also blogs frequently at Trout Unlimited and at Eat More Brook Trout He is married with two kids--the whole family loves to fish and hunt and spend quality time together outdoors.
Greg McReynolds - Director----Coming Soon
Jim Nunley - Director----A time will come in your life when you’ll realize how important it is to respect wildlife and wildlife habitat. What you do to help manage wildlife and wildlife habitat will determine it’s future. My name is Jim Nunley. I was born on September 14, 1938 in Ellensburg, Washington. My father was a “Game Warden” for Kittitas County and the State of Washington. Consequently, I was able to spend a lot of time in the outdoors and was taught the proper ethics of being a true sportsman. It seemed like every weekend was a new adventure and another lesson. After graduation from high school and 4 years in the U. S. Navy, I returned to Ellensburg to attend Central Washington College. I spent my summers working for the Forest Service and on our cattle ranch on the Colville Indian Reservation. As life goes on, I became a meat cutter, a meat department manager, and a hotel-motel manager and finally retired from Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho. I was a Director and Treasurer for the IWF for 6 years, but had to resign for medical reasons in 2010. I was reelected to the Board of Directors in 2012. When asked, I have given testimony at legislative committee meetings in behalf of the IWF and attended functions representing the IWF. To anyone interested in the future of Idaho’s wildlife and wildlife habitat, I would ask you to become an active member of the Idaho Wildlife Federation.
